Induction training
This entry-level training is offered to the employees when they join a new company or begin a new role. In the induction training, we focus on the essential skills needed to perform their job. Our offer of induction training also includes an introduction to the organization values and culture. This will make each employee aware of the expected performance and organisational behaviours.

On the Job training
On the job training is provided to employees for specific purposes. This is provided to the employees to let them improve specific skills that are necessary for a specific project.

Off the Job training
This type of training is offered to employees when they intend to participate in the training process totally being away from their work or routine duties.
